The position offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule, with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays. A $2,500 sign-on bonus (USD) is available, with comprehensive training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience or 2 years in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and safety awareness.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and improve operational processes.
