Qualifications

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate or 1 year of wind turbine experience or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Able to follow safety protocols and work in collaboration with a team.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document your work and continuously improve operational processes.
• Time code all work activities to support tracking of duration and progress.
