Qualifications

• Requires wind technician certificate or wind turbine experience or mechanical/electrical background.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate with diligence.
• Requires good communication, teamwork and physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and improve operational processes.
• Accurately time code all work activities for clear tracking of tasks.
