The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical fitness, with on-site duties and English instruction literacy required. A strong candidate has relevant wind or mechanical/electrical background and a valid driver’s license in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong safety awareness and execution of best practices.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate to improve turbine performance and document work.
