Vestas is hiring a Wind Site Technician to ensure smooth operation of wind turbines, handling maintenance, troubleshooting, and system issues on site in the United States.

We require 3+ years of wind experience, a safety-focused mindset, and English fluency. Training like GWO BST/BTT/ART is valued, with opportunities for mentoring, advancement, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus depending on offer terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of wind energy experience with heavy equipment and cranes.
• Task Based Certification (TBC) Level 300 or willingness to obtain.
• Safety-conscious and risk-aware with energy isolation knowledge.
• English language proficiency to read, speak, and follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines with the team.
• Follow safety protocols and inspections, promoting safety culture.
• Collaborate to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and suggest improvements to processes.
• Support projects (crane work, CIM) and mentor junior technicians.
