Applicants should have wind technician certification or relevant experience, and be capable of working in varied conditions. English fluency and legal work authorization in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience.
• 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields qualifies candidates.
• Must speak and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and improve operational processes.
• Accurately time code all work activities for tracking.
