Vestas is seeking a Wind Site Technician to ensure turbine operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and system checks. You will work on-site with a team, prioritizing safety and reliability to power local communities.

Requirements include a Wind Technician certificate or equivalent experience, ability to read instructions in English, a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. We provide comprehensive training, PPE, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Wind turbine experience or similar mechanical/electrical background.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and safety focus.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent with a valid driver’s license.
• Certified training in wind safety (GWO) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and track task duration and progress.
• Time-code all activities to support traceability and efficiency.
