Job summary

Vestas seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee a service site in the United States. You will mentor a team, lead safety initiatives, and drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction for turbine operations.

You will travel to turbines as needed, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance. A positive, proactive approach and strong English communication are essential in our safety-first, global environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of site/service management experience.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel to turbines as needed.
• Technical background beneficial (hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a safety-focused site culture and drive continuous safety improvement.
• Develop and empower the team to safely operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Establish robust partnerships with clients to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet budget targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and diagnostics to improve turbine performance.
