Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Wind or Mechanical fields preferred.
• Global Wind Organization Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of wind, solar, or BESS experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and PPE are followed on site.
• Climb wind towers daily to perform maintenance tasks.
• Lead acceptance and performance tests on systems.
• Monitor contractors and coordinate maintenance work.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site records.
