Job summary
Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Technical Project Specialist to lead the team in service portfolio activities, coordinating technical escalation paths and fast responses at wind farm facilities. You will analyze turbine shutdown causes, implement root-cause solutions, and manage action plans to ensure profitable contracts and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or five years of professional training in mechanics, electrics, electromechanics, or engineering preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical escalation path and coordinate fast response at facilities.
- Identify root causes of wind turbine shutdowns and implement solutions.
- Manage action plans for technical issues and ensure contract profitability and client compliance.
- Interface with Aftermarket Sales and support fleet improvements and project initiatives.
- Support training and case management processes within Fleet Support and Technical Cases.
