Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and load charts.
• Ability to operate multiple equipment types safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per project requirements (blade, dozer, loader, crane, forklift, etc.).
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and detect malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
