Job summary

TDX Corporation is seeking a Power Plant Operator to maintain wind turbines, diesel generators, and related facilities at the wind farm and O&M building. You will work independently and as part of a team, performing assembly, testing, repair, and preventive maintenance while ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities include safety analyses, root-cause investigations, accurate documentation, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; relevant certificates preferred.
• One year turbine experience or strong mechanical skills preferred.
• Ability to travel for work/training for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in varied weather conditions and at heights.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; background check required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety analyses of electrical and mechanical hazards in wind turbines and facilities.
• Assist root cause analyses to determine equipment failures.
• Document maintenance work and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot and repair wind turbine and diesel generators.
• Perform preventative maintenance on wind turbines and related equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and training certifications for safe operations.
