Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of generation mechanic, Solar PV and battery storage experience preferred.
• Must pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain diesel generators, solar PV arrays, battery storage, and related equipment on site.
• Conduct safety analyses of hazards in the power plant and switch room.
• Document maintenance work and perform monthly meter reads.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic components of diesel generators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper tool handling.
