Job summary

Nordex is seeking a Projects Planner to lead North American turbine supply project planning from activation to completion. You will build and optimize schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with project managers, sites, logistics, and contractors, and deliver critical reporting to drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of planning experience in wind or infrastructure projects, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in PM, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years as a Project Planner for wind, energy, construction, or infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and Office Suite
• Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules and critical path analyses
• Knowledge of project budgeting, logistics, and delay claim analysis

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project planning activities for North American turbine supply projects from activation through completion
• Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate planning with project managers, site teams, logistics, contractors and global planning
• Monitor progress, milestones and critical paths; identify schedule risks and recovery strategies
• Produce weekly, monthly, and daily project reports including delay analysis and updates
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
