GE Vernova is seeking a Crane Sourcing & Operations lead to coordinate lift planning, crane procurement, and supplier management across North America. You will establish lift specifications, evaluate bids, and ensure safe, cost-effective execution of wind turbine component exchanges.

The role requires extensive crane operations experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in crane operations and lift planning.
• Ability to read crane manuals and load charts.
• Experience evaluating supplier pricing and cost structures.

Responsabilidades

• Review lift plan packages and certifications for field execution teams.
• Establish lift weights/heights by turbine model and component.
• Manage crane vendor base, including negotiations and pricing strategy.
• Lead supplier qualification, bid analysis, and award recommendations.
• Develop crane sourcing processes across the organization.
• Coordinate crane logistics between sites and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and governance programs.
