The State of Mississippi seeks a Pascagoula WIN Job Center Manager in Jackson County to lead WIN Job Center activities, oversee staff, and drive performance across Wagner-Peyser, WIOA, and veteran services. The role requires a valid driver's license, overnight travel, and ability to work non-traditional hours.

Ideally, candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of administrative or supervisory experience and strong public speaking and communication skills to engage employers and job

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience.
• Hiring agency prefers Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of admin/leadership experience; one year of advance supervision.
• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Direct WIN Job Center activities related to Wagner-Peyser, WIOA, Veteran's services, and reemployment assistance.
• Supervise all programmatic activity and staff in the local office.
• Coach and train office staff and monitor performance to meet goals.
• Build relations with local employers and workforce stakeholders.
• Make presentations to groups of customers and manage travel and hours.
