Seeking a midlevel associate with 4-5 years of large law firm experience to join our Labor & Employment practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in employment litigation, including, for example, single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations. They will also have experience briefing motions, propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery, and have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills. Although we prefer for a candidate with the above-listed employment experience, we also will consider others with significant non-employment litigation experience. Active Delaware Bar membership required.
