Palmer Food Services in Rochester, NY is seeking a Warehouse Will Call Associate to pick, stage, and prepare orders for daily distribution. You will coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely communication of any delays or issues.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, physical ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, and comfort working in cold environments. Full-time hours and a strong benefits package are available.

Qualifikationen

• Manage operational projects to improve efficiency and quality of wholesale pick-up orders.
• Hold daily huddles to establish workflow and expectations.
• Run unconfirmed order lists to view orders for the following day.
• Manage and prepare routes for daily orders.
• Prepare and print item stickers and picklists for Will Call team.
• Select orders and properly stage them according to customer pick-up times.
• Constantly communicate with the sales team and other departments regarding customer orders, issues, delays, and any other event that may take place.
• Collect payment from customers and manage cash drawer.
• Perform all duties assigned to Will Call associates.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Shift: (Subject to change)

Monday- 7:30 AM- 4 PM

Tuesday- 7:30 AM- 4 PM

Thursday- 7:30 AM- 4 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Saturday: 6:30 AM- Noon

Sunday: OFF

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, sit, operate warehouse equipment.

• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods with temperatures reaching -10 · Possess normal vision with or without correction and able to distinguish colors
• Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions
• Must be able to read and comprehend work related materials, numerical data and diagrams.
