Job summary

Core-Mark in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Will Call Specialist to ensure accurate, timely processing of will call orders. This customer-facing role requires professional communication and teamwork within the Sales department to support our food distribution network.

You will handle returns, special meat orders, and deliveries, assist with inventory lists, and operate lift equipment as needed. A High School diploma and 6 months to 1 year experience are required; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Able to hand lift and utilize a two wheeler and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product returns and specialty meat orders throughout shift; Product generally ranges from approximately 60-90 pounds.

Position Summary

Under direct supervision, this position ensures professional, accurate and timely processing of will call orders. This position is customer facing and performs any combination of clerical and duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures that may be complex and time bound. Will Call Specialist communicates with customers, vendors, co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and timely. Functions as a team member within the Sales department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.


• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience


• Preferred Experience: 1 - 3 Years


• 1 year experience operating a pallet jack


• 1 year of warehouse, military or physically active job experience,


• 1 year Selection experience, 2 years consistent work history


• CDL Class B Preferred
