Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook for email.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system, Eclipse preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, RF scanner preferred.
• Ability to bend, lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• 6 months warehouse experience in receiving, production, or shipping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate transactions for customers.
• Stage completed orders for customer pickup.
• Maintain a well-organized workplace for efficiency.
• Manage Will-Call order maintenance and inventory.
• Follow up on orders over 14 days old.
• Implement cost savings and process improvements.
• Train in sales with counter staff and assist other departments.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
