Job summary

Mars Electric is seeking a full-time Will Call Associate at the Mayfield Village location. The role processes transactions for customers picking up orders and maintains an orderly counter area to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Outlook is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Experience with an ERP system (Eclipse preferred) is desirable.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous transactions for customers at the Will-Call counter.
• Stage completed orders by size and item type.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace to support efficiency.
• Manage Will-Call orders in the system and maintain paperwork/inventory records weekly.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to follow up on orders over 14 days and cancel when directed.
• Support continuous improvement and assist other warehouse departments when needed.
• Train in sales with counter staff and uphold Mars’ safety procedures.
