Job summary

Sysco Seattle, Inc. seeks a customer-facing associate to ensure accurate, timely processing of will-call orders. You will handle invoicing, payments, and support Customer Service at the will-call desk while coordinating pickups and deliveries.

The role requires a High School diploma and roughly 1 year in customer service, with strong communication, math, and English skills. Opportunities exist within a large, global foodservice distributor.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and numerical skills; proficient with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer will call and arrange pickups.
• Provide customer service support for national accounts and orders.
• Arrange van deliveries and route them to the warehouse for staging.
• Organize intercompany and vendor pickups and BRTs.
• Support Sales Admin roles including E-Sysco and receptionist tasks.
• Process invoices, charges, and customer billings as needed.
• Set up UPS shipments via will call. Handle downtime tasks and calls.
