Job summary

Sysco Alaska is seeking a will-call order processor at the Anchorage site. You will ensure professional, accurate processing of will-call orders; handle invoices, collect payments as needed, and support Customer Service.

The role is customer-facing at the will-call desk, coordinates pickups, prepares shipments, and collaborates with warehouse and sales teams. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are required; strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Basic math and data-entry proficiency needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer will call (generating and coordinating pick-ups).
• Provide customer services support as needed; enter national accounts and customer orders.
• Arrange van deliveries and have them picked and staged by the warehouse.
• Organize Intercompany and vendor pick-ups and BRTs.
• Back-up for Sales Admin with E-Sysco and receptionist duties as assigned.
• Bill add-ons, donations, office supply orders, and customer billing invoices.
• Set up UPS shipments through will call when needed.
• Support credit processing for customer requests.
