Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Anchorage, AK is seeking a customer-facing will-call clerk to ensure professional, accurate and timely processing of will-call orders. You will run invoices, collect payments when needed, and support Customer Service at the will-call desk.

Responsibilities include coordinating pick-ups, processing orders for national accounts, arranging van deliveries, and handling invoicing and payments. A High School diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in data entry and basic math for transactions.

• Back-up for Sales Admin with E-Sysco and receptionist duties as assigned.
• Bill add-ons, donations, office supply orders and customer billing invoices.
• Set up UPS shipments through will call as needed.
• Handle downtime duties and respond to customer service calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize Intercompany and vendor pick-ups and BRTs.

• Bill add-ons, daily donations, office supply orders, and customer billing only invoices.
• Set up UPS shipments through will call when needed.
• During downtime will perform duties as assigned and work the work queue for incoming calls for customer service.
• Support customer request for credit process.Employee Cash Sales Program: make inventory lists, distribute lists, take orders, hand out orders, and collect and turn in payments.
