Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Wildlife Service Professional to join our outdoor team and help protect homes, businesses, and families in your community.

You’ll work independently in the field, build lasting customer relationships, and perform wildlife exclusion and removal tasks with safety and professionalism. Starting pay is $17-$20 per hour with training provided, plus benefits, a company vehicle and cell phone, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Customer relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers.
• Wildlife services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, form hardware cloth to specifications.
• Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
• Perform basic repairs using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local wildlife regulations.
• Service & sales: Follow a service schedule and meet monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management.
• Safety first: Prioritize safety and handle company equipment properly.
