Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Wildlife Service Professional to work outdoors, service accounts, and protect homes in your community. You’ll perform wildlife exclusion tasks, removals, and routine servicing while delivering excellent customer care.

No prior experience is required, but you must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be prepared to work in the field with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
• Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
