Job summary

PEST END INC in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Wildlife Sales and Service Technician to drive revenue through lead management, prospecting and closing sales while personally delivering wildlife control services. This role combines fieldwork with customer-facing sales and requires accuracy, reliability, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in wildlife control, pest control, carpentry, construction, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to sell services (inside/outside sales, route-based selling) preferred.
• Strong comfort with customer-facing responsibilities including presenting pricing and closing work.
• Comfortable with ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• Ability to safely operate power tools (drills, saws) independently.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Generate wildlife service revenue through lead management, prospecting, estimating, and closing sales within an assigned territory and perform the services sold.
• Perform wildlife control services with safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship.
• Implement humane wildlife control techniques and exclude entry points with minor carpentry and repairs.
• Inspect sites to identify wildlife activity, entry points and damage and communicate findings.
• Provide clear pricing, scope, timelines, warranties, and expectations to customers.
• Document inspections, service notes, photos, and recommendations in company systems.
• Coordinate scheduling of sold work for timely service delivery and proper follow-through.
• Maintain vehicle and tools, ensuring readiness for inspections and service execution.
• Support wildlife team on larger projects and cross-train with other pest control areas.
