Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; four-year degree preferred in business/mgmt or wildlife-related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Sales, military or related experience considered.
• Candidates must reside or relocate centrally to the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wildlife Operations team within the assigned territory while delivering superior customer service.
• Direct sales and administrative functions to meet district performance goals.
• Maintain profit and loss accountability for the district.
• Control expenses and approve expenditures aligned with company policies.
• Recruit, train and develop local management staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
• Foster growth through effective route management.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
