Critter Control is a national wildlife management leader seeking a District Manager for the West Palm Beach region. You will guide the wildlife operations team, oversee sales and administrative functions, and ensure district performance with profit-and-loss accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Sales, military, or related experience encouraged.
• Candidates must reside or relocate centrally to region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wildlife Operations team in the assigned territory.
• Direct the sales and administrative functions to meet district objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Recruit, develop, and manage field staff.
