Responsibilities include inspecting homes for entry points, sealing gaps, completing carpentry and repairs, and installing prevention materials while documenting work and communicating findings to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes/buildings for wildlife entry points.
• Perform exclusion work including sealing gaps, vents, rooflines, and exterior areas.
• Complete carpentry and repair work.
• Install professional wildlife prevention materials.
• Set/remove traps when needed.
• Document work and communicate findings with homeowners.
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, roofs, and outdoors.
