Job summary

Critter Control Operations in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation work on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install humane exclusion materials, and complete minor structural repairs while following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with multiple software/applications used in the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install preventative exclusion materials like screens and chimney caps.
• Perform minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation per guidelines.
• Document services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams for a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
