Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections, including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
