Job summary

Critter Control is hiring a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas to identify entry points and implement humane prevention measures.

You will install barriers, complete minor repairs, and document work while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Complete minor roof, siding, or foundation repairs.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques per guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a smooth customer experience.
