Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician in Wisconsin to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points and install humane prevention measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, and vents.
• Perform minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation methods.
• Document services, materials used, and interactions with customers.
• Review scopes of work with customers and provide clear reports.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
