Critter Control Operations, Inc. is hiring a Wildlife Repair/Exclusion Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repairs, and remediation for residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields
• Ability to work in the field independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications

Responsibilities

• As a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician, perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential/commercial properties
• Identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while following safety and quality guidelines
• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities
• Install exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vents, and barriers
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structures
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques
• Maintain documentation of services performed and customer interactions
• Provide clear reports and review scopes with customers
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers to address concerns or recommendations
