Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while following safety and quality guidelines.

Must be able to work in the field, drive to locations, and document services. The role offers ongoing training, a supportive team, and career advancement within the Rollins

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
