Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to inspect properties, identify entry points and install exclusion barriers, plus perform minor repairs to prevent future intrusions.

Applicants should have construction-related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving skills. This role involves fieldwork across large territories and outdoor conditions, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with software; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install preventative exclusion materials and perform minor repairs.
• Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and entry points.
• Utilize trapping and relocation techniques to safely remove wildlife.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers.
