Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service is hiring a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You’ll identify entry points and implement humane prevention measures while adhering to safety and quality standards.

This role focuses on hands-on field work, including inspections, minor repairs, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on customer communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related trades.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with various software/applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
