Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete minor structural repairs to keep wildlife out while upholding safety and quality standards.

You'll drive to diverse locations across territories, work outdoors in varied weather, and document services, reports, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related trades.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with various software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install preventive exclusion materials (screens, chimney caps, vent covers, etc.).
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
