Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install preventative barriers, complete minor repairs to roofs and siding, and remove wildlife safely while following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials and barriers to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods following company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
