Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Services is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to inspect properties for wildlife entry points and install exclusion barriers. The role includes performing minor roof and siding repairs and safely trapping/relocating wildlife as needed.

Candidates should have construction or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver safe, effective, and responsible nuisance wildlife management.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with software and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access.
• Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, or entry points.
• Utilize trapping and relocation techniques as needed.
• Maintain records of services and materials used.
• Provide detailed reports and review work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
