Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention solutions while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires driving to various locations, working outdoors in diverse conditions, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, repair, or related trades.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to use multiple software/applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion barriers such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers.
• Make minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods per standards.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to address concerns or recommendations.
