Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our wildlife management team serving residential and commercial properties. You will be on the road protecting people and property while delivering humane, effective solutions.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, safety, and clear communication. Daily tasks include inspecting properties, removing nuisance wildlife, performing exclusion work, installing bait stations, and maintaining service vehicles.

Qualifications

• As a Pest Control Technician you will diagnose wildlife issues and communicate plans clearly.
• Must be comfortable outdoors in varying weather and able to drive to multiple locations.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is strongly encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and protect homes and properties.
• Inspect and identify wildlife damage on roofs, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties.
• Perform exclusion work to prevent reentry of wildlife.
• Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate safety considerations and follow safety-first processes.
