Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our field team. You will protect homes and businesses by removing nuisance wildlife and performing exclusion work on residential and commercial properties.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, reliability, and strong customer communication. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with power tools.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – Customer Service, General Labor, or Pest Control experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Inspect and identify properties for wildlife damage including on roofs, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties.
• Perform exclusion work to prevent reentry of wildlife into homes and businesses.
• Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
• Identify and communicate safety obstacles and lead with a safety-first mindset.
