Critter Control Operations is hiring a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to protect homes and businesses by removing nuisance wildlife, performing exclusion work, and servicing bait stations. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork.

You will work outdoors across residential and commercial sites, using tools and equipment while building strong client relationships. No experience required; bilingual Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speakers encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Inspect properties for wildlife damage (roofs, attics, crawlspaces).
• Remove nuisance wildlife from properties.
• Perform exclusion to prevent reentry.
• Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate safety obstacles and maintain a safety-first mindset.
