Zusammenfassung

BurnBot is seeking multiple Fire Module Crewmembers for a hands-on, field-based role. The crew operates in wildfire, prescribed fire, UAS, DSI and related fire tasks, under supervision. Roles are entry-level and centered in a 5-person module with opportunities at Medford, OR or Placerville, CA hubs.

The position is non-exempt with hourly pay of $27–$36, placement within the range based on experience and certifications. Travel up to 75% of the time is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under company policy.
• Physical ability to perform demanding field work (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Aufgaben

• Support the module in daily field activities (prescribed fire, wildfire, RX2 operations, DSI, UAS flights, and others).
• Ensure work is executed according to project scope, burn plans, SOPs, and company standards.
• Maintain proficiency in engine operations, the RX2 machine, chainsaw, DSI assessments, UAV, and use of heavy equipment.
• Ensure equipment, tools, and vehicles are maintained and used correctly; communicate needs to fire leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
