Job summary

Chloeta is seeking an Engine Captain to participate in wildfire prevention and mitigation for structure protection across the United States. This role focuses on property insurance protection rather than suppression and includes leading crews, data collection, and training.

Responsibilities include following IRPG guidelines, coordinating with Chiefs, performing WUI structure protection tasks, daily data entry, and ensuring safety and readiness of equipment and personnel across multiple

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Satisfactory performance as a Firefighter is required.
  • Knowledge of WUI industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and lead engine crew for wildfire prevention tasks.
  • Coordinate daily data collection and enter into company databases.
  • Respond to assignments from Battalion Chiefs and supervise crew safety and welfare.

Skills
