Qualifications

• Ability to assess complex programs, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, audit, governance, or assurance environments, preferably in utilities/energy.
• Strong stakeholder management and program leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as governance partner supporting implementation and oversight of Wildfire Mitigation Plan commitments.
• Develop deep understanding of wildfire mitigation programs, regulatory commitments, and performance outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor commitment execution and assess alignment with regulatory commitments.
• Facilitate development and maintenance of governance artifacts (Define Phase Packages, Work Plans, Closure Packages).
• Evaluate commitment performance, identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; propose improvement actions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, status updates, and governance materials.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance and accountability.
