The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium in Toledo, OH is seeking a part-time Wild Toledo Native Landscape Technician to support its native landscaping initiative. This role involves fieldwork in diverse outdoor conditions across the zoo campus and regional sites. The ideal candidate is 18+, has a valid driver’s license, and is pursuing biology or horticulture studies or holds related degrees. Weekend work may be required.

Our Conservation department is currently seeking a Part- Time Native Landscape Technician who is passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience.
Under limited supervision, the Wild Toledo Landscape Technician will work with the Wild Toledo Coordinator and Wild Toledo Native Landscape designer to perform a variety of duties related to the operation of Wild Toledo’s native landscaping initiative. Landscape sites span a variety of locations including the Toledo Zoo campus as well as municipalities, schools, corporations, and private residences throughout the region.
