Job summary

Airtower Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Engineering Team in the United States. The hybrid role blends network engineering, solutions design, deployment engineering, and ongoing client support to deliver robust WiFi and managed services.

You will design, deploy, document, and optimize WLAN/LAN networks, review BOMs and SOWs, support field deployments, and provide remote and onsite support to meet client SLAs. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of relevant certifications and minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of Ekahau or similar tool surveying and remediation experience required.
• Two or more years of direct field work experience in commercial WiFi or wired LAN networks preferred.
• Network design tool, BOM creation tool, and network documentation tools experience required.
• Proficiency in reviewing CAD drawings and other design documentation required.
• Routing and switching protocols and implementation experience required.
• Practical WLAN and LAN deployment implementation experience with Aruba, Ruckus, or Cisco.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CWNP, or vendor-specific certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and review design BOMs and SOWs for WiFi and other managed services networks.
• Create, standardize, and review network deployment design documentation.
• Integrate and configure WLAN, LAN, IoT, and other managed service networks.
• Plan and engineer the configuration of APs, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Work with field teams for integration of network design.
• Provide technical support for the construction and deployment teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide support for network management, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, monitoring, testing, break/fix, network maintenance, close-out activities, and documentation.
